Terms & Conditions
All payments must be received before an order is processed.
If your order has a deadline, you must contact us to confirm we can meet your requested time frame before placing your order. A Rush Fee will apply when requested service(s) are outside our standard turnaround time or depending on volume. The Rush Fee is $25 or 25% of the order, whichever is greater.
For all online orders turnaround times depend on how complex your order is and how fast you approve the artwork. Please allow at least 7-10 business days after artwork is approved to receive products. For all in-store pick up orders, printing turnaround times are 2-4 business days after artwork is approved, although all turnaround times may vary. We do offer next day printing service for all print-ready business card orders.
Each graphic design comes with 3 revisions, after 3 revisions the cost is $35/hour. Graphic design/digital file proofs will be emailed to you within 2-4 business days from your payment being remitted and your completed Design Questions Form being emailed back to us. All delivered graphic design/digital file orders will be automatically closed after 72 hours if no revisions are received. Once any graphic design file(s) are approved and sent, no changes can be made without an additional art fee.
On all proof “Approvals” the proof is final and the file will be printed. Printing Made Easy is not responsible for reprinting any incorrect files that were approved.
Printing Made Easy will contact the customer when errors are detected in their supplied files. The customer will be alerted to the issue and given the following choices: (a) Resubmit a corrected file (b) Request a quote for Printing Made Easy to correct the files. This action will require additional payment before the order will proceed.
Consultations via appointment are subject to a non refundable $75 deposit. Should the order be placed, the deposit fee will be deducted from the balance due for the job order. All consultations and Social Media Promotion are nonrefundable.
PAST DUE BALANCES
Should any printed good or graphics design invoice, have an overdue balance 10 calendar days past it’s paid date, Printing Made Easy will assess a $50 storage fee. This fee must be paid prior to pick up or product will not be released. After 25 calendar days, we will issue a Final Notice of past due amount. After 30 calendar days, the invoice will be canceled out and no refund will be given. Should the past due balance be for graphic design; Printing Made Easy does not consent to the usage of our intellectual property for personal nor commercial use and reserves the right to seek legal damages should this infringement take place.
REFUNDS AND CANCELLATIONS
All online orders are final. Partial refunds are available on in store orders that have begun processing but have not gone to press. A $15 processing fee will be charged in such cases. For orders already on the press and all graphic design orders, no refunds will be given. To cancel an order you must email your request to firstname.lastname@example.org.
If an item is missing from your package, you must contact us within 24 hours of receiving the package. We are not liable for addresses entered incorrectly. You must double check that your address is accurate before submitting. If a package has been shipped to the wrong address that you provided, it is not our responsibility. In most cases when that happens, the shipping company will return the package to us. We will reship, however you must pay for any additional shipping charges due to your error. Tracking numbers are automatically emailed to you. We are not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged packages. We will not replace any items that are lost, stolen, or damaged. Printing Made Easy may agree with respect to any specific transaction, either expressly or by implication, to implement new policies and waive or change one or more of these terms and conditions but such agreement shall in no way release the customer from the other terms, conditions, obligations or requirements set out herein.
REFUSAL OF SERVICE
We reserve the right to refuse any order at our own discretion (e.g., due to inappropriate or distasteful subject matter.)
By remitting payment you are acknowledging agreement to these Terms.
